-5 years recent experience as a Desktop engineer developing and integrating solutions for the Windows Desktop Platform
-5 years of recent experience in technical report writing
-5 years of recent experience with scripting languages
-3 years experience working with Wise Package Studio or other MSI authoring tools
-Experience troubleshooting on the Windows server 2000 or greater platform
-Experience integrating software for the Citrix platform or as a system administrator for a Citrix environment
-Experience working with 4th generation programming languages such as VB6, .Net or Java.
-Experience troubleshooting complex software problems on the Windows XP platform as well as with Internet explorer or other web browsers
